Early 1980s An organizational hierarchy structure was instituted with seven different levels of positions, headed by three directors. Mid 1980s Five main product lines were established with the support of 1,200 employees. Early 1990s The original organizational hierarchy structure was transformed into a flat organizational structure. 1994 Acquired ISO 9002 certification for the Companys manufacturing practices. Mid 1990s Total Quality Management (TQM) & Deming Management Philosophy were implemented. 1997 Acquired ISO 9002 certification for the Companys distribution activities. 2001 Acquired ISO 17025 certification, recognized by APEC and WTO countries, for the Companys laboratory services.
